Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased admit this Writ petition by issuing Rule NISI in the nature of mandamus calling upon the Opp. Parties more particularly the Opp. Party no.2 to show cause as to why the petitioner shall not allowed to sale her property being Plot No.799 Area Ac.0.16 dec. of Mouza- Indipur District Kendrapara for the interest of Justice;
And pass any other order (s)/ direction (s) as would deem fit and proper.
And for which act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound, ever pray."

For the contingency involved herein, there is no room for submitting a representation seeking permission of the Sub-Registrar, Kendrapara for sale of property. If the Petitioner is so interested and advise may tender her instrument for registration, in such event the Sub-Registrar shall do well in considering the registration of the instrument in accordance with law.
