This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Challenging the notice of eviction issued by the Tahasildar, Chilika vide Annexure-3, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ petition.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that against the notice of eviction, the petitioner has already filed the representation before opposite party no.2 under Annexure-4, which is pending consideration.

In view of the above, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
