Perused the letter dated 02.11.2023 written by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Sambalpur placed before this Court by the Registry Judicial.

Considering the facts in the letter dated 02.11.2023. This court is inclined extend the time by further period of three months. It is further directed that the learned Court below shall conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible within a period of aforesaid stipulated time. The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Sambalpur.
