This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

By order dated 27th August, 2021 in W.P.(C) No.25847 of 2021 this Court issued the following direction : "Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party No.3 to consider the recommendation made by opposite party No.4 vide Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexure-3 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the order has not been complied with till date. Taking a lenient view in the matter this Court grants another opportunity to the Contemnoropposite party to comply with the said direction within a period of

// 2 // four weeks hence failing which suo motu contempt proceeding shall be initiated against the Petitioner for deliberate and willful violation of this Court's order.
