Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Treating this Contempt Petition as first contempt of this nature but however taking serious note of the complain that the direction of this Court dated 25.6.2021 issued in W.P.(C) No.35070/2020 is yet to be complied with, this Court in disposal of the Contempt Petition directs the Contemnor to work out the direction in disposal of W.P.(C) No.35070/2020 at least within a further period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order and the result thereof be communicated to the Petitioner within one week.
