Learned counsel for the Applicant-Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application and seeks liberty, notwithstanding the orders passed in the writ petition and review petition, to pursue the remedy of seeking pensionary benefits from the Government by making a representation and following it up in accordance with law.
