This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 16.11.2018 passed by opposite party no.3 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service in Group-D post in view of the provisions contained in para-6 of the Finance Department Resolution dated 04.09.2012 under Annexure-1, as he is continuing in his temporary status since 2012. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-10, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
