1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that during pendency of the writ petition, the Collector has settled the land in question in favour of Opposite Party No.7-School. He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
