This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In the order dated 30.11.2022, one Mr. D. Tripathy, learned counsel has been shown to have appeared as the counsel of the petitioner. On that day, as is evident from the text of the order that none appeared for the petitioner. The said entry in the cause tile of the order has crept into by inadvertence. That stands corrected. 3.

Having considered the subject matter of the case and the relief as sought, the nomenclature of the case is converted from WPCRL to CRLMP.

Registry is directed to correct the nomenclature in terms of this order and thereafter, place it before the roster Bench before 23.12.2022.

Mr. S.K. Behera, learned counsel has appeared for the

petitioner and Mr. J. Katikia, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate has appeared for the State.
