Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is an allegation that in the meantime while deciding the proceeding vide Annexure-5, the competent authority has ignored the Court decree coming to the rescue of the Petitioner herein. 3.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner finding that there is ignorance of a civil court judgment and decree in undertaking the mutation exercise, this Court while setting aside the order at Annexure-5, remands the proceeding to the Tahasildar, Dharmasala for rehearing of the mutation case involved herein and disposing of such matter also keeping in view the development through the civil court proceeding involving the disputed land, if any.
