Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Contempt Petition arises out of non-compliance of the order dated 10.12.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.3227 of 2020. 3.
Through instruction with memo it is reported by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor that in the meantime there is already compliance of the order of this Court involved herein. 4.
Keeping in view the above statement of Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the Opposite Party-Contemnor, this Court finds, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further.

The Contempt Petition stands dropped. It is however made clear that if the Petitioner is still aggrieved by such action of the authority, he is at liberty to approach appropriate forum available for the purpose.
