Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Prayer involved herein appears to be based on dependant of the outcome through the order of this Court in disposed of the Writ Petition vide W.P.(C) No.389 of 2009. Perusal of the disposed of order indicated hereinabove, this Court finds, the revisional order earlier passed and has been taken up being declared as illegal. This Court thus prima facie opinion that there may not be any obstruction in setting the Record of Right in order.

Considering the rival contentions of the Parties, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Binka-Opposite Party No.4 to work out the request of the Petitioner provided there is no lawful impediment in undertaking such exercise, the entire exercise be completed at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
