This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I. A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 30.11.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.32080 of 2022. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the W.P.(C) No.32080 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 30.11.2022 but in the 3rd line of paragraph-4 it has been wrongly written as "Annexure-1 and 2" instead of "Annexure-1 series and Annexure-2 series" and in 4th, 5th and 15th lines of paragraph-7 of the said order, it has been written "her" instead of "their and they". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in order dated 30.11.2022, it be mentioned in the 3rd line of paragraph-4, as "Annexure-1 series and Annexure-2 series" in place of "Annexure-1 and 2" and in 4th, 5th and 15th line of paragraph-7 of the said order it be mentioned as "their

// 2 // and they" in place of "her", rest part of the order shall remain intact. 5.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
