This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No.496 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1942 of 2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar for alleged commission of offences under sections 294, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that charge sheet has already been submitted and notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been issued to the petitioners and they have complied with the terms of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with this case.

In view of such submission, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application.
