This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 2nd November, 2021 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in C.P. No. 228 of 2015.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court vide order dated 15th February, 2022 directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack to ascertain the current status of C.P. No.228 of 2015 and also to report with regard to the time to be required for disposal of the same. In response to the said order, learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack vide his Letter No. 121 dated 5th March, 2022 intimated this Court that the matter is posted for evidence from the side of the Respondent. But, taking into consideration the petition filed by Respondent for conciliation, the matter is placed for further conciliation. However, he requires two months' time to dispose of C.P. No. 228 of 2015.

Considering the letter of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack at Flag-'X', this Court directs that learned Judge, Family
// 2 // Court, Cuttack shall make an endeavour for early disposal of C.P. No. 228 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably by the end of 30th June, 2022. Parties are directed to cooperate with the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack for early disposal of C.P. No. 228 of 2015.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
