Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Phiringia P.S. Case No.98 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.57 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Phulbani for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of NDPS Act.

Considering the fact that the contraband is huge quantity being 2 quintals 800 grams of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
