This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Soro to record Plot No.75 under Khata No.203 to an extent of Ac.0.04 decimals situated in mouza Gopalpur under Soro Tahasil in the district of Balasore in the name of the Petitioner.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to work out his remedy available under law.
