Learned counsel for the State submitted that notice under section 41-A of Cr.P.C. has been issued to the petitioner and he has complied with the terms and conditions of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with this case.
In view of such submission, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this anticipatory bail application.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as not pressed.
