This matter is taken up through Videoconferencing mode.

The Petitioners have prayed for a direction to the Tahasildar, Soro to issue corrected R.O.R. in favour of the Petitioners-deity in respect of Hal Khata Nos.777, 778 and 779 of Mouza-Gopinathpur under Soro Tahasil in the district of Balasore.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have a remedy by filing a revision under Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey & Settlement Act, 1958 for correction of the R.O.R. in the name of the deity. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
