This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

At the midst of hearing learned counsel for Petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the competent authority under the provisions of the O.G.L.S Act.

Considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application under the provisions of the O.G.L.S. Act before the competent authority. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
