Heard Mr. P.K.Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.N.Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to admit this Original Application.

(ii) To direct the Board of Revenue to send the result sheet of the applicant as per G.No.773 dtd.10.06.1983 or to direct the Respondents to made the entries into the service book regarding completion of RITI training basing upon the entries made in gradation list i.e. G.No.773 dtd.10.06.1983.

(iii) To sanction the 2nd and 3rd RACP and the periodical annual increment from the year 2013 to till date and to pay the differential arrears within a stipulated time limit.

(iv) The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to pass any order()/direction(s) as deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the claim of the Petitioner for making necessary entry in his service book with regard to passing of the RITI training though has been forwarded to the Office of Opposite Party No.2 since 21.07.2016 under Annexure-8, but no decision has been taken on the same.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submitted that because of such inaction on the part of the Opposite Party No.2, the Petitioner was deprived from getting the benefit of 2nd and 3rd RACP as due and admissible. 6.

It is also submitted that the Petitioner in the meantime has retired from service on 30.06.2019. Even though notice of the Writ Petition has been issued since 17.05.2019, but no counter affidavit has been filed. This Court after going through the materials available on record finds that the claim of the Petitioner as made in the Writ Petition was forwarded to the Office of Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-8 on 21.07.2016.

In view of that, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to take necessary action on Annexure-8 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. If after such consideration, it is found that the Petitioner is entitled to get any benefit, the same also be extended in his favour within a further period of two months.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
