This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the order dated 22nd January, 2019 passed by the Sub-Registrar, Khurda wherein he has stopped the sale of land from Plot No.13 & Plot No.60/139 of Khata No.61/12 of Mouza-Subudhipur.

It is stated that the sale deed is not presented. 5.

However, if the sale deed is presented and the registering authority concerned has any impediment in law to

With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.
