This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Therefore, the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue RULE NISI calling upon the opposite parties to file show cause as to why the Mutation Case No.6575 of 2020 pending before the opposite party No.1 (Tahasildar, Pipli) would be dropped and why the Opposite party No.2 (Sub-Registrar, Pipli) would be directed to stop further registration of sale deed relating to suit property situated in village-SUBALPUR, PS-Pipli, PS No.203, Tahasil-Pipli, Tahasil No.334, Khata No.89, Plot No.375, area Ac.0.120 decimals in interest of justice. If the opposite parties would not file show cause, or insufficient cause or cause not to the satisfaction of the Hon'ble Court, appropriate writ may be issued in interest of justice. And for this act of your kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."
