1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 03.02.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 18.7.2019 directing to file counter within four weeks and rejoinder was to be filed within two weeks thereafter.

4. The O.A. was filed in the year 2019 by the applicant then working as Junior Teacher, Dahanigadia Project Primary School, Dangadi Block, Jajpur seeking direction to allow inter district transfer in her post by mutual agreement between the incumbents.

5. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

6. Learned Standing Counsel referring to the averments made in the writ petition submits that the transfer being a condition of service and also the policy of transfer having been implemented uniformly, petitioner cannot raise any grievance regarding the same.

7. It is further submitted that the petitioner per se is not aggrieved by any order of transfer, therefore, no cause of action would survive at present for adjudication.

8. Having heard the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within ninety days for any surviving cause of action.
