The recall petition (RP No. 36(C) of 2019) has been filed by the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Odisha, Bhubaneswar seeking modification of the order dated 19th November, 2018 passed in main O.A. No. 1623(C) of 2018 with a prayer to direct the Petitioner to join his previous original place of posting i.e. in the Office of Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Odisha, Bhubaneswar. The record reveals that the said petition has never been moved by the Superintending Engineer before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal.

In view of disposal of WPC(OAC) No. 1623 of 2018 today, wherein order dated 19th November, 2018 was passed and
