The recall petition (RP No. 54(C) of 2019) has been filed by the Superintending Engineer, Cental Minor Irrigation Circle, Bhubaneswar seeking modification of the order dated 29th March, 2019 passed in M.P. No. 111(C) of 2019 in O.A. No. 1623 (C) of 2018 with a prayer to direct the Petitioner to join in his previous original place of posting i.e. in the Office of Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

The record reveals that the said petition has never been moved by the Superintending Engineer before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal.

In view of disposal of WPC(OAC) No. 1623 of 2018 today, wherein order dated 29th March, 2019 was passed and

// 2 // impugned in R.P. No. 54(C) of 2019, as infructuous, nothing remains for consideration in the present recall petition. 4.
