1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. L.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. It is the grievance of the Petitioner that even though the proceeding in question has been initiated against him vide memorandum dtd.25.09.2012, but till date the proceeding is yet to be finalized and thereby causing serious prejudice to the Petitioner in getting his financial benefit as due and admissible.

4. Considering the innocuous nature of prayer as made in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction on the O.P. No. 2 to conclude the proceeding initiated against the Petitioner on 25.09.2012 under Annexure-2 to the writ Petition within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of this order, if it has not been disposed of and if there is no other legal impediment.

5. It is also observed that for such disposal of the matter the Petitioner shall cooperate with the inquiry and he will not seek for any adjournment during continuance of the same.
