This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner in this case pertains to nonsubmission of Domestic Incident Report by the Protection Officer to the learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar in connection with Misc. Case No.01 of 2015. Further he prays that a direction be issued to the learned court below to dispose of the above noted case within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made, this Court directs the District Protection Officer, Ganjam (opposite party No.2) to visit the present residence of the petitioner at Bhanjanagar on 04.03.2022 and collect the required facts from the petitioner as required under law for preparation of Domestic Incident Report in presence of the Sub-Collector, Bhanjanagar and submit the same to the learned court below, who thereafter is directed to

// 2 // proceed as per law and make all endeavours to complete the proceeding within twelve months from the date of receipt of the above noted report.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.

A copy of this order be sent to the Sub-Collector, Bhanjanagar forthwith and a free copy of this order be given to Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel for onward communication and compliance.
