Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's wife died of dengue. He is entitled to compensation from 'Chief Minister's Relief Fund'. Ultimately, he made representation dated 3rd June, 2020 to opposite party no.1. The representation is pending.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner's wife died on 28th August, 2013. The representation is dated 30th June, 2020. There is no policy for compensating a person on death of spouse. He submits further, petitioner has relied on rules and regulations of 'Chief Minister's Relief Fund' applicable to State of Bihar.

Obviously petitioner has made a mistake in annexing the Bihar rules. Opposite party no.1 is directed to consider the representation in line with the rules or policy of the State. Petitioner will approach said opposite party with copy of representation dated 3rd June, 2020 (annexure-4) along with this order. Said opposite party will cause consideration of the representation and result thereof made known to the petitioner within four weeks of communication. 4.
The writ petition is disposed of.
