1. Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks relief of compensation meant for late Ratnakar Behera to be paid to him. The deceased is his client's son. To that effect, his client made representation dated 11th October, 2021 (annexure-4) to opposite party no.1.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. He submits, opposite party will duly deal with the representation.

Opposite party no.1 is directed to consider and dispose of said representation dated 11th October, 2021. If necessary, petitioner may be called for hearing. Petitioner is either to be given the compensation or
