This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

When the matter was taken up on 30.09.2022, the following order was passed:- "2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 3rd February, 2022, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the petition was presented on 25.06.2019, however could not be taken up for admission.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instruction that another writ petition has been filed by the petitioner due to notification of abolition of the learned Tribunal and the matter may be adjourned to verify the same.

List on 12th October, 2022."

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

The writ petition was filed in the year 2019 by the petitioner having retired from service on attaining age of superannuation on 31.10.2017 while working as Work

The prayer inter alia is to treat the work charged period of service as regular service and grant the retiral benefits to the petitioner.

Due to lack of prosecution from the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to revive the petition within ninety days for any surviving cause of action.
