Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State contended that the prayer made by the petitioner is premature since the petitioner has prayed for consideration of the case of the petitioner along with the officers whose CCR folders have been called, but in the meantime no promotion has been effected.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as premature one.
