The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the advertisement dated 28.12.2018 published by the CDMO, Koraput in the local daily "The Sambad" under Annexure-18, so far as 10 posts of Attendants are concerned. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.1 highlighting their grievances, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-12 and 12, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, but, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioners, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, file a fresh comprehensive representation before the opposite party no.1 within 15 days hence, the

same shall be considered by the said authority taking into consideration Annexures-11 and 12, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
