Learned counsel for the Petitioner though challenges the order at Annexure-4, this Court finds from page-40 of Annexure-4, there is inclusion of plot numbers vis-à-vis occupiers. There is an allegation that persons involved in page-40 have not been provided with opportunity. It is rather alleged Petitioner has not been involved this Court nowhere finds Petitioners involvement in the proceeding. For the prima facie opinion of this Court, the order, if any, involved at Annexure-4 should confine to the parties involved. In the circumstance, for the Petitioner's is not involved in the proceeding, this Court declines to entertain the Writ Petition. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Utkalika
