1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 3.2.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices on admission were issued on 28.6.2019 with interim direction to keep the order dated 19.6.2019 (Annexure-5) in abeyance till the next date.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner s that since the challenge before the learned Tribunal was to the order of transfer, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.

5. Learned AGA also reiterates submission that considering the nature of grievance, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, writ petition is disposed of.
