In the earlier move of the Petitioner, the Petitioner in disposal of W.P.(C) No. 16659 of 2010 was permitted to submit Form-2 with application for condonation of delay. This Writ Petition involves a challenge to the notice to show cause at Annexure-1. For the Petitioner getting an opportunity, if the dispute is still subsisting, it may be open to the Petitioner to submit the Form-2 along with Petition for condonation of delay for conciliation of the competent Authority.
