Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 28968 of 2022, which has been disposed of vide order dated 03.11.2022. 4.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the detailed order dated 03.11.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 28968 of 2022, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order and accordingly, this Court modifies the order dated 14.02.2019 under Annexure-8 only to the extent that the provisional pension shall be paid to the petitioner till final decision is taken on his appeal by this Court.
