Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, his client's daughter was raped. His client made representation dated 7th April, 2021 to opposite party no.2, seeking compensation.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the authority will duly consider the representation.

Petitioner will approach opposite party no.2 with copy of his representation dated 7th April, 2021 (annexure-2) along with this order. Said opposite party will deal with the representation and either direct
