Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties no.2 and 3 to fix their pay w.e.f. 01.01.2018 under ORSP Rules, 2017 and to grant consequential annual increment w.e.f. 01.01.2019 and to pay the arrear differential salary from 01.01.2018 within a stipulated time. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-4 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-4, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
