Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He had moved the petition on 24th December, 2021 when, inter alia following was recorded in order made that day. "Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is a pensioner. By communication dated 8th October, 2021 his banker imposed restriction of operation on his account, in which pension is deposited. Mr. Das, learned advocate, Standing Counsel (Vigilance) appears on behalf of opposite party no.1 and submits, he will obtain instruction and make submission on adjourned date."

Mr. Sahoo submits, the restriction has been removed. Mr. Balkrishna, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.4. 3.

It appears petitioner has obtained relief.
