Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.

petitioner and submits, father of his client died on 21st April, 2022. His client applied for legal heir certificate on 17th August, 2022. He submits, the certificate has not yet been issued.

Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Under entry 6 in the application form it is clearly mentioned last date of the given time limit is 28th September, 2022. We are in December, 2022 and the certificate has not been issued.

Opposite party no.3 will forthwith issue the legal heir certificate or inform petitioner reasons for rejection of the

application. It is to be done within two weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
