1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. By order dated 29.09.2022, the following order was passed :
"2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 3.2.2022 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.
3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issue on admission on 20.06.2019 directing to file counter and rejoinder was to be filed within four weeks.
4. Since no one is appearing for the petitioners, to grant another opportunity, list on 11.10.2022. 5.
Learned AGA shall obtain up-to-date instruction in the matter."
3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner files a Memorandum indicating that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition.

4. Learned Additional Government Advocate referring to the averments made in the writ petition submits that considering the nature of grievance, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.
5. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
