Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

As submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was on bail subject to condition by this Court's order in BLAPL No.9113 of 2014, however, he subsequently defaulted for which the learned court below issued a non-bailable warrant of arrest against him. Considering the above facts and that the petitioner is involved in a case under Section 420 IPC, the Court is of the view that he should be directed to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Digapahandi corresponding to G.R. Case No.137 of 2014 on or before 18th November, 2022 and in the event he surrenders within the time stipulated, the court shall release him on bail subject to conditions.

Consequently, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
