The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to quash the Order dated 01.09.2021, as at Annexure-15, passed by the learned Addl. Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, so also actions taken by the Authority pursuant to the said Order dated 01.09.2021.

This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition with prayer to file afresh, if any cause of action so arises in future with further averments made in the said I.A. that the Authority concerned has given assurance to the Petitioner to reconsider his case and he is unable to do so in view of the pendency of the Writ Petition.

The prayer made in the present I.A. stands allowed and the I.A. stands disposed of.

The Writ Petition also stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action so arises in future.
