1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. Even though the present writ Petition was filed challenging the communication dtd.05.09.2018 issued by the Directorate of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services under Annexure-7, but it is fairly submitted that pursuant to the said communication no recruitment process was taken place to fill up the post of Attendant.
