Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the record, the prayer made in this I.A. is allowed.

Accordingly the order dated 07.03.2019 passed in P. No. 208 (C) of 2018 is recalled and a fresh order incorporating the necessary correction is passed today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel.

The petitioner is a retired Pump Driver and he has been allowed Grade Pay of Rs.1800/- towards 2nd RACP, but his claim for Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- has been ignored. In this regard, he has made a representation at Annexure-3 dated 25.10.2017 which is still pending consideration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if a copy of the paper book is remitted to opposite party no.3 for consideration of his grievance within a stipulated time. 5.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection to his suggestion, if orders are passed without going into the merits of the case.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel and without going into the merits of the case, a copy of the paper book is remitted to opposite party no.3 at the cost of the petitioner with a direction to treat the same as representation, consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and convey the result thereof to the petitioner soon thereafter. 7.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
