This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 19.12.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the Petitioner was directed to surrender and go on bail vide order dated 19.12.2022, at the time of surrender, it was detected that there is similar criminal antecedents against the Petitioner. In such view of the matter, the Petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed in Paragraph-5 of the order to the extent that in 4th line after the word 'have', 'one' be inserted. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.

Necessary correction be carried out. Further, release of the

// 2 // Petitioner on bail shall be subject to furnishing a cash security of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand) before the court in seisin over the matter..

All other terms and condition of the order dated 19.12.2022 shall remain intact.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
