Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the I.A. and accordingly the G.R. Case No. as appearing in Paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 stand corrected as "G.R. Case No. 147 of 2021" in place of "G.R. Case No. 148 of 2021". 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in Court in the cause title and time stipulated is extended in Paragraph-5 of the order for a further period of three weeks from today. No coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner till such extended period of three weeks hence. 5.

Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
