The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 3rd February, 2022, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was presented before the learned Tribunal on 03.07.2019, but never taken up for admission till it is listed today before this Court after more than three years. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction and does not want to press the petition. To that effect, he files a memo in Court today. Memo is taken on record.

Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate referring to the averments made in the writ petition submits that
// 2 // considering the nature of grievance i.e. a process of selection held in the year 2018 for the post of Constable where the petitioner was declared not qualified, nothing would survive at present for adjudication by this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
