Heard counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.4 to release/refund the balance excess royalty amount of Rs.63,503/- in respect of Agreement No. 15/PMGY(IAP-II)/2012-13/DMGH within a stipulated period as per the statement issued by the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-1.

As it appears, the grievance of the petitioner has been forwarded by opposite party no.3-Sub-Collector, Dharmagarh to opposite party no.4-Tahasildar, Golamunda vide Annexures-4 & 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that opposite party no.4 may be directed to consider and dispose of the grievance of the petitioner, which has been forwarded by opposite party

no.3.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representations filed by the petitioner, which has been forwarded vide Annexures-4 & 6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
